Job Description
Job Location : Mumbai
- Assistant Restaurant Managers : 2 Post ( 3 year Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 0-3 years experience, OR 1 yr Diploma in Hospitality with 2 yr work experience OR Graduate (any stream) with 2-3 yrs of work experience)
- Restaurant General Manager : 3 Post (3 year Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 3+ years experience, OR 1 year Diploma in Hospitality with 3+ years’ work experience OR Graduate (any stream) with 5+ years’ of work experience)
Responsibilities Include:
- Process Champion
- Responsible for closing & opening of the restaurant
- Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
- Coordinate training, monitor rostering & attendance, champions recognition and motivation efforts of the team
- Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
- Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
Age : 23 to 30 years
Salary : Best as per Industry for the deserving candidate
