Job Description
Job Location : Solapur and Across Maharashtra
- Loan Officers : 100 Post (12th / Higher secondary education is mandatory., Motor cycle with Driving license is mandatory, Proficiency in local language is required. Open to travel. Fresher may apply)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Member Acquisition: Generate new client base by reaching out to people in the assigned territory.
- Loan disbursement: Promote and sell the products to new and existing clients
- Collections: Ensure timely collection of monthly EMI’s from the clients & deposit the same to the company account.
- Build and maintain a positive relation with customers to ensure retention and high level customer satisfaction
- Learn and develop effective sales strategies to achieve the branch targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Age : 18 to 30 years
Salary : Best as per Industry for the deserving candidate
Eligibility : As mentioned above against the post.
