Job Description

Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) invites eligible candidates to apply online for a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). The program includes:

6 months of classroom studies
2 months of internship
4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank’s branches, offices, or centers

Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded the PGDBF Diploma and inducted into IDBI Bank as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’).
