Job Description
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of designers, fostering a creative and productive environment with manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and user-centered design practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, from branding and marketing to digital and print design.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
- 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Experience in digital product design or UX/UI design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with developers on interactive and responsive designs.
