✨ **Job Responsibilities:**
Think of this role as “business development, but with good walking shoes.” You’re the company’s face outside the office.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Visits: Meet potential customers in-person to pitch products/services.
- Cover assigned territory/route in Mumbai or other regions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals and volume targets set by management.
- Product Demos & Pitching: Explain features, benefits, pricing. Handle objections on the spot. Carry samples/catalogs if needed.
- Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and reduce churn.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and new launches in your territory. Report back to team.
- Order Processing: Book orders, ensure documentation, coordinate with logistics/delivery team.
- Collections: Follow up for payments if the role involves credit sales. Keep DSO low.
- Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, DSR, expenses, and pipeline updates via CRM/app.
- Lead Generation: Cold calling, door-to-door, references — whatever works to fill the funnel.
