Business Development Associate – Builder Partnerships : 50 Post
What You’ll Do
- Support Builder Acquisition: Help identify potential builder partners. Research their projects, understand their customer base, and assist in outreach efforts.
- Manage On-Site Operations: Run MoneyKarma desks at builder sites. Be the first point of contact for home buyers and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Build Relationships: Develop rapport with builder sales teams, site managers, and key decision-makers. Your relationships will drive repeat business.
- Drive Loan Conversions: Work with customers from initial enquiry to loan disbursal. Own your numbers and contribute to monthly targets.
- Gather Market Intelligence: Collect insights on builder preferences, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Your on-ground knowledge shapes company strategy.
Preferred
- Leadership experience in college—fests, clubs, sports captaincy
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with your local real estate market
Required
- Fresh graduate (BBA, B.Com, or any degree) from batch of 2024 or 2025
- Strong communication skills—fluent in English and local language
- Comfortable being on the field—this is not a desk job
- Self-starter attitude—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Genuine interest in sales, business development, or real estate
- Willing to relocate or work in your home city if we have operations there
Age : 22 to 35 Years
Salary : 4.8L to 6L PA.
