Job Description
Job Location : Satara
- Boiler Operator : 1 Post (IBR Boilers, SCADA Operation)
Job Profile
- Execute breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for all utility systems across the plant.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain IBR-certified boilers with various fuel types (Coal, Briquette, Oil).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Briquette cum Coal Fired Boilers.
- Monitor and control boiler operations through SCADA systems.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure smooth boiler and utility plant functioning.
- Maintain optimum steam and water parameters to meet production and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in boilers, burners, feed water systems, and related equipment.
- Operate and maintain DM Plants, RO Plants, Softeners, and other utility equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of operational parameters, daily logs, maintenance records, and compliance checklists.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and safety protocols during all operations.
Age : 20 to 32 years
Salary : Best as per Industry for the deserving candidate
