Job Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobility devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Office 365, VPN, hardware, and basic network issues.
• Perform AD/Azure AD user management and GPO-related updates.
• Support Intune imaging, software deployment, and compliance.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate with OEM/Vendor teams.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely documentation of activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as Desktop Support Engineer / Support Technician
• Any Graduate can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience required in MNC environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
