Key Responsibilities

• Supervise labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Allocate daily work to workers and monitor productivity.
• Check measurements and progress of completed work.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work-progress records.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Project/Site Engineer.
• Monitor work against the project schedule and deadlines.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
