Job Location : Mumbai

 

  • Assistant Restaurant Managers : 2 Post ( 3 year Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 0-3 years experience, OR 1 yr Diploma in Hospitality with 2 yr work experience OR Graduate (any stream) with 2-3 yrs of work experience) 
  • Restaurant General Manager : 3 Post (3 year Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 3+ years experience, OR 1 year Diploma in Hospitality with 3+ years’ work experience OR Graduate (any stream) with 5+ years’ of work experience)

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process Champion
  • Responsible for closing & opening of the restaurant
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
  • Coordinate training, monitor rostering & attendance, champions recognition and motivation efforts of the team
  • Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
  • Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program

 

Age : 23 to 30 years

Salary : Best as per Industry for the deserving candidate

Eligibility : As mentioned above against the post.
