  • Technical Support Specialists : 20 Post ( B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Computer Science only) / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA with 0 to 3 years experience on Office365 and Exchange online for a Service Desk Voice process)

 

Job Description:
• Excellent communication skills
• Work experience on Office365 and Exchange Online protection (MFA, shared points, active directory, distribution list, admin center).
• Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
• Work from Office is mandatory, no option of hybrid and WFH.
•24*7 Shifts are mandatory.

 

Age : 22 to 35 years

Salary : Best as per Industry for the deserving candidate

Eligibility : As mentioned above against the post.
