Job Description

Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Operator Assembly : ITI-Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT), Proficient in the aero structure assembly process and operations like drilling, reaming, riveting and fastener installation, Strong understanding of engineering drawings and proficient in using hand tools & cutting tools, Experience of 3 to 8 years.

CMM Operator/Programmer/IN charge : B.E/B.Tech / Diploma. Experience in Zeiss or Hexagon CMMS operation or programming & conventional inspection (Calypso & PC- DMIS). Good understanding in engineering drawing, GD&T, NC handling, MRB Process. Experience of 1 to 11 years.

Machine Operator(Machine Shop/Machining) : Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die Making. Hands-on experience in deburring, tapping, fixture assembly, and operating 3 & 5-axis CNC machines (Milling & Mill-Turns) with Siemens & Mazatrol controllers. Expertise in Jyothi, DMG, Sterac, Modig, Mazak, and Doosan machines is an advantage. Skilled in job setup techniques and Flexi CAM machining for sheet metal. Experience require 2 to 4 years.

Special Process – Operator : Diploma Metallurgy / Mechanical. Proficient in Special processes vacuum heat treatment, thermal coating, EBW & Brazing. Experience of 1 to 3 years.

Machine Shop Supervisor : Diploma/B.Tech Experienced Production Supervisor skilled in staff supervision, CNC operations, troubleshooting, quality control, safety enforcement, and technical drawings. Expertise in long cylinder/shaft machining & CNC programming. Experience require 8 to 12 years.

Age : 25 to 35 years
