Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with landlords of malls and high-street stores for rental-related matters
• Handling day-to-day communication and follow-ups with landlords
• Negotiating rental waivers, discounts, and commercial discussions
• Resolving payment discrepancies and account-related queries
• Tracking rent invoices, due dates, and payment status

Job Description

Set up and operate CNC turning machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and grooving operations on metal workpieces.
Load raw materials into the machine, select appropriate cutting tools, and adjust machine settings (e.g., cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut) to ensure proper operation and quality of finished parts.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances for parts.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC turning machines, such as tool changes, lubrication, and inspection of machine components, to ensure optimal performance.
