Operations Executive(NBFC)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor and track payment receipts and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update customer accounts.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and exceptions.
• Coordinate with finance and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Prepare operational and MIS reports related to payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, payments, collections, reconciliation, or finance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, shared services, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, payment gateways, and reconciliation processes.

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Pay : ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
