We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts team.

Executive – Landlord Coordination (Accounts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with landlords of malls and high-street stores for rental-related matters
• Handling day-to-day communication and follow-ups with landlords
• Negotiating rental waivers, discounts, and commercial discussions
• Resolving payment discrepancies and account-related queries
• Tracking rent invoices, due dates, and payment status
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth rental operations
• Preparing reports and MIS related to rental payments and landlord accounts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in telecalling, coordination, accounts support, or landlord management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and record management
• Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and stakeholders effectively
